Character Description
Physical Appearance(s): John possess an often stern expression. He is rarely seen smiling, though it's never been from lack of enjoyment. He possesses a lean but strong figure, perhaps gifted to him by his half-demon nature. His hair is often kept short, though he's occasionally let it grow to his shoulders, or slightly past. His hair and eyes are both a deep dark shade of brown hazel. He stands at a solid 5'8".
Backstory
His life only truly began to delve into the supernatural after high school. His family, his mother, in particular, had ties to The Umbral Witches. He never knew his father, and his mother never had much to say about the man. It had never been that important to John as the man's existence, or lack there of never played a role in his life. His mother did well enough on her own to care for him till he could care for himself.
Learning a bit about The Umbral Witches and their goals, he decided to join their faction following his mother's example, interested in discovering the nature of humans and devils alike. His experience so far has been that humans and devils are equally capable of good and evil, but devils possess an obvious advantage in their destructive capabilities. His view's otherwise are rather neutral. He's content to help demons and humans alike so long as their nature is not malicious.
He's something of an outlier in The Umbral Witches. He's interested in pursuing the skills and knowledge involving the use of magic, but so far has demonstrated a greater affinity for the use of his sword, Balmung.
Traits
Trait #1 Name Healing Factor
Your body innately and unconsciously uses magic to restore any damage done to it. This is an instinctive reaction that tries to keep the abstract shape of your body (i.e. your soul) intact as much as possible.
While you can feel pain just like any other human, your wounds simply heal much quicker than them. Even better, your regenerative factor is so amped up that you can easily regrow lost limbs and survive being stabbed in the chest.
Remember that your stamina isn't unlimited, and that there's things one would wish not to survive from.

Through thorough training, natural disposition or some magical modification to your muscle structure, you are capable of imparting a lot more force onto objects in the world. You are capable of performing feats of strength that go well beyond what your peers can do, lifting heavier weights and throwing objects with a great deal more force.

Your body is very energy efficient, and you can go on performing high-intensity tasks for much longer than the average person. You can keep on running, fighting, training for much longer than your peers without getting tired, and it takes a lot to actually make you feel tired. Description: The Arm can fire at will without being reloaded. This is the result of Conjuration magic simply summoning a new bullet into the chamber, or in some cases Elemental Mastery producing the required ammo when it isn't too complex. This is especially dangerous for some weapon types, and may not always be applicable.

Name: Balmung -> Fafnir
Description: A sword once held by the demon hunter known in the past as Siegfried. Who's greatest achievement was said to have been the slaying of a dragon (likely a demon who's form happened to be that of a dragon.). There are many tales surrounding the history of this sword. The sword is nearly as long as a man from tip to hilt (60 Inches). Weighing 8lbs. -> After awakening the shape has not changed much, but the metals colors have changed to reflect tints of red and gold.

Name: Raging Dragon Dance (Associated Combat Focus for Fafnir)
Description: Strike with a vicious grace that belies the power held behind every blow. Many of the wide sweeping blows and long driving thrusts are maintained, but there is an extra layer of vicious intent behind each blow. Aiming to deliver an overwhelming vital strike with every slash and thrust and rent the enemy asunder. Few can withstand the grace and ferocity of an enraged dancing dragon.

Name: Dragon Force (Aspect)
Description: Through Greed, Fafnir became a dragon. Cursed by gold, and strengthened by desire, he slew his own father for power and riches, taking on the shape of a dragon which he wore proudly even after his treacherous act. Few could deny the strength of his powerful twisted scaled form, until the day he was slain by Siegfried, and his heart claimed in the form of a magnificent blade. The blade still sometimes glows with the heat of Fafnir's beating heart, and when properly utilized can even call upon Fafnirs strength and his flame.
Swinging Fafnir, it can project a wide flaming slash to light enemies on fire, and send them flying back as the shock-waves of flame hits them.
